Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality of our software products by developing and executing tests, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with developers to maintain our high standards. You will play a key role in detecting and preventing defects, enhancing user satisfaction, and promoting a culture of quality within the company.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (both automated and manual) to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements, design comprehensive test plans, and define acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects, performing root cause analysis and working with developers to resolve issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure product stability, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Set up and maintain test environments and automation frameworks.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, contributing insights on QA processes and best practices.
• Continuously improve testing practices by researching new tools and methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG) and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
• Experience with testing ecosystem on Mobile platform especially Flutter environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
